DWELLING IN THE WORD: Council Bible study Romans 8:22-27
Vicki Groth gave an update from the Call Committee; they have placed a name for congregation to call a potential candidate for Associate Pastor. They interviewed 5 total candidates
Steve Johnson will be calling a special congregational meeting to be held, June 13 to vote on placing a call to the candidate.
Steve Johnson, Bonnie Pegel, and Cathy Cowling presented Constitutional update suggestions from the work of the Governance Task Force. Council was instructed to look over potential changes: Broke into small groups to discuss any concerns and/or considerations and thoughts. The extensive work of the Governance Task Force to update our 6–7-year-old constitution will continue to be a process; they have made a huge stride in getting this portion worked through.
Health Committee Report from Laura Reynolds. Our health committee process is: Continue to monitor numbers weekly or more; Provide possible recommendations per numbers to the entire Health Committee to weigh in on for discussion; Meet monthly or more if needed. With all the information and work the health committee has put in for the well-being of the congregation they made recommendations to council for a Phase 1, 2, 3, 4 plan and also presented a new covenant.

Summer Worship Schedule starting.
Strawberry Fest will be June 19, it will be a big event for Trinity as the normal downtown area is closed off and much of the action will be happening right in our parking lot. Volunteers are needed.
